Description
This position requires a deep understanding of leave of absence programs, particularly the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The candidate must be knowledgeable in these areas to ensure that leave is administered accurately and in compliance with relevant laws. Equally important, however, is the ability to offer compassionate support to employees facing critical life events, as this role plays a vital part in helping them navigate these challenging times with care and understanding.

Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
Summary
Will support our leave management and ADA team.
Job Duties
+ Receives and responds to inquiries regarding employee leave, time off, and other benefit programs.
+ Assists with documenting and resolving benefit program disputes, escalating through proper channels if necessary.
+ Evaluate, research, and administer employee requests for workplace accommodations.
+ Facilitate and participate in the interactive process to identify and assess options for providing reasonable accommodations and access to eligible employees in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other disability laws.
+ May assist in other areas of benefit administration including Retirement and Health and Welfare programs.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree preferred. HS Diploma or GED required.
+ Demonstrates expert knowledge of current applicable laws and regulations concerning employee benefit programs, especially FMLA, Colorado-FAMLI, and ADA.
+ 3 years of related experience in leave management and ADA. 5 years' experience preferred.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, use discretion and good judgment, maintain confidentiality and work under multiple deadlines.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and customer service skills.
