Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

_Impact Framework Design & Implementation_

+ Establish key performance indicators **(KPls)** and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives and programs.

+ Partner to design impact infographics, presentations, and other materials to strengthen brand positioning.

+ Streamline impact-related processes, reducing inefficiencies and increasing operationally excellence.

_Evaluation_ & _Data-Driven Decision-Making_

+ Conduct various evaluations to measure the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of business solutions, programs, and initiatives.

+ Provide actionable insights to identify growth opportunities, inform programming, and resource allocation.

+ Translate complex data into accessible insights that drive engagement and support business growth, leading to new opportunities and improved outcomes.

_Research & Thought Leadership_

+ Conduct research and policy analysis to increase adoption of best practices and identify new opportunities.

+ Collaborate to develop case studies, reports, and white papers to support advocacy and increase the organization's influence within the field.

_Coaching_ & _Capacity Building_

+ Partner to develop a library of impact measurement toolkits, templates, and resources accessible to all teams.

+ Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance on impact­ related topics.

_Risk Mitigation_ & _Compliance Support_

+ Reduce financial and reputational risk by supporting audit-ready documentation for regulatory reporting.

+ Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to impact measurement and reporting, increasing stakeholder trust and credibility.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

+ 8-10 years of experience in project management, evaluation, research, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in social impact, corporate sustainability, or nonprofit evaluation. Familiarity with risk management and compliance in impact reporting.

+ Expertise in developing and delivering training programs on research and evaluation topics.

+ Strong project management expertise with a track record of leading complex initiatives.

+ Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience in impact evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate data into compelling insights.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

+ Deep understanding of organizational change methodologies and tools.

+ Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00
