    The Director of Corporate Real Estate will provide overall leadership and oversite to Entrust’s global real estate portfolio management. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's global real estate footprint and workplace strategy, ensuring alignment with financial commitments and sustainability goals.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute a comprehensive global real estate strategy by analyzing market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes aligned with corporate growth plans.

    + **Portfolio Management:** Optimize the company's global real estate portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiation, asset management, and space utilization.

    + **Financial Oversight:** Manage the corporate real estate budget, ensuring financial discipline and cost optimization.

    + **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a high-performing real estate team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

    + **Acquisition & Development:** Lead the acquisition, disposition, and development of corporate properties to maximize value. Lead negotiations for property purchases, leases and sales to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

    + **Market Analysis:** Evaluate market trends, industry benchmarks, and financial models to inform decision-making.

    + **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, legal frameworks, and corporate governance policies

    + **Relationship Building:** Build strong relationships with business leaders, landlords, developers, project managers and external partners.

    Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, procurement or real estate related field or other similar degree.

    + 10 + years of experience in corporate real estate.

    + 5 + years leadership experience.

    + Experience managing large real estate projects, including both industrial and office properties. Preferably in multiple regions.

    + Able to travel up to 25%, including internationally.

    + Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + MBA

    + Experience and proven track record in project management, collaboration with other departments and driving supplier performance.

    + Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills; ability to manage complex projects and drive operational efficiency.

    + Proven track record in executing strategy and driving for results.

    + Demonstrated strong financial acumen.

    + Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

    Compensation Range:

    The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $143,755-$210,840 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
