    Weekend RN – Behavioral Health (Home Care)

    •** **What You’ll Do as a Weekend RN – Behavioral Health:

    + Deliver skilled, compassionate behavioral health care in patients’ homes

    + Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs—physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual

    + Develop, implement, and update personalized care plans

    + Monitor changes in patient conditions and communicate with the care team

    + Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers

    + Supervise and support behavioral health aides and LPNs

    + Document all care activities clearly and accurately using Homecare HomeBase (preferred)

    •** **What You’ll Need:

    + Current, unrestricted RN license (state-specific)

    + **1+ year** of nursing experience in a clinical care setting

    + Weekend availability and willingness to travel locally (approx. 50%)

    + Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

    + **Preferred:** Home Health or Hospice experience

    + **Preferred:** Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase

    + Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
