    Market Manager – Network Development

    **Location:** Trinity Health PACE Corp Michigan, Livonia, MI

    **Status:** Full time REMOTE

    **Shift:** 8 am to 5 pm Eastern

    Position Purpose:

    The Market Manager – Network Development leads provider network strategy and complex contract negotiations for Trinity Health PACE programs. Focuses on building a comprehensive, accessible network, including hospitals, strategic medical groups, and value-based arrangements. Conducts financial analyses to support contract decisions and evaluate network performance. Collaborates closely with legal, operations, finance, and clinical teams to ensure compliance and meet participant needs.

    Position Details:

    This is a fully remote exempt position.

    What you will do:

    + Supports regional PACE programs with a focus on system-wide contracting opportunities.

    + Develops and implement a network development plan for multiple regions.

    + Leads provider network development expansion opportunities into new markets.

    + Strengthens PACE-provider partnerships through relationship building and collaboration with regulatory agencies.

    + Supports the PACE Centers and executive leadership as the subject matter expert when applicable for key strategic providers.

    + Serves as key resource for other network development staff and provides mentoring to colleagues.

    + Partners with Interdisciplinary Teams, Primary Care and PACE Executive Directors to identify gaps in the provider network and on value opportunities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, health administration or similar field. Master’s degree preferred.

    + Minimum eight (8) years of relevant work experience in health plan or health system related roles.

    + Working knowledge of protocols and procedures of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service.

    + Experience with contract negotiations, healthcare payment models, provider relations and managed care.

    + Previous PACE experience preferred.

    + Action-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in conflict resolution, decision-making, and customer focus.

    + Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, engagement, and productivity.

    + Occasional travel to Livonia, MI or other supported PACE locations may be required.
