Job Description

A leading home improvement retailer is seeking an experienced developer to join their team. This role involves upgrading and enhancing a web application designed for professionals in the home building industry, enabling them to plan their orders for entire projects at scale. The focus will be on the portion responsible for managing orders and inventory fulfillment across multiple warehouses, stores, and suppliers. This role will join a team of nine developers, and will participate in paired programming in a very high visibility application/organization. This work requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate across complex enterprise applications and services

$45/hr to $60/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

4-7 years of experience in a full stack software engineering role with a slightly heavier emphasis on the front end

Angular for front end development

Backend API development experience with java and springboot

Ability to drive deliverables and initiatives with little direction

Strong team collaboration skills while also being able to work independently

Ability to mentor jr team members

Comfortable in a paired programming environment null
