Our client, a leader in cloud infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Service Engineer 2 to join their team. As a Service Engineer 2, you will be part of the technical support team, providing essential support for Azure-based services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Redmond, WA (Hybrid - onsite at least 3 workdays per week)
18 Month Contract
$50/hour
What's the Job?
+ Provide Tier 2/3 support for Azure-based services, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
+ Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using native Azure services and scripting.
+ Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy and maintain scalable and secure workloads.
+ Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement using tools such as Azure Monitor and Kusto.
+ Automate operational tasks using scripting languages and development frameworks.
What's Needed?
+ 2-4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or service operations.
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering is preferred.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure VMs, Networking, Storage, and Azure Monitor.
+ Experience with programming languages such as C# and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
+ Solid understanding of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
