We are seeking a friendly and professional **Hospitality Specialists** for a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with competitive pay. The **Hospitality Specialist** will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting.

What's the Job?

+ Greet guests and clients warmly and assist with check-ins, inquiries, and directions.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house or lobby area.

+ Provide accurate information about services, amenities, or local points of interest.

+ Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and requests.

+ Assist with reservations, scheduling, or administrative tasks as needed.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

+ Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

+ Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.

+ Ability to stay calm and focused in busy or high-pressure situations.

+ Basic computer and administrative skills.
