ABOUT THE ROLE
Jackson Spalding is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the media buying expert. Successful candidates will have 2 years of experience in media buying and digital marketing client work in an agency setting.
The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative and would enjoy an entrepreneurial environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Paid Media is seeking
+ Minimum 2 years of agency experience in paid social/media buying including internships
+ Experience coordinating paid social campaigns and participating in strategy development
+ Client partnership/management experience
+ Strong project management
+ Media planning experience
+ Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects
+ Resourceful, self-starter mentality
+ Written and oral communication skills
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree (Communications, Marketing or Advertising a plus)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates ongoing paid media campaign workflow including planning and reporting with oversight through:
+ Facilitating creation of campaign briefs and creative resources for internal and client use.
+ Assisting cross-functional team of platform experts to ensure timely planning, activation, optimization and reporting for all campaigns.
+ Maintaining a consistent reporting cadence of updating and developing insights within reporting decks.
+ Collaborating on adjustments to campaign strategy, when necessary, based on performance insights, supply chain and client requests.
+ Growing into the client-facing liaison to deliver campaign updates, ad creative needs and performance recaps.
Coordinates billing for paid media buys – educating client teams on paid media billing process, insertion orders, and invoice fulfillment.
+ Creates IOs for media buys by vendor.
+ Works with accounting and client teams to ensure invoices are reconciled following a campaign.
Serves as paid social advisor through:
+ Coordinating creative asset usage and assisting efforts to refresh and optimize creative across digital platforms.
+ Facilitating paid social and creative resource management
+ Collaborating with other platform SMEs to identify opportunities for new tests to advance client ad creative.
+ Supporting Discipline/Department Lead as paid social representative through strategy, planning and presentation of new integrated plans.
