_This position is in our downtown San Antonio office and offers a hybrid schedule (3 days office; 2 days remote) after an initial onboarding period._
Summary:
The Marketing and Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that strengthen brand equity, increase market penetration, and drive business objectives. This role also will provide professional executive administrative assistance to the Area President and other leaders of the agency, and lead event planning activities to support team engagement, client appreciation, and community involvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They will also be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams while working independently with guidance from senior leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
_Marketing:_
+ Execute strategic brand marketing initiatives that align with HUB’s business goals and enhance brand perception.
+ Manage end-to-end project execution of brand campaigns.
+ Support cross-functional collaboration, working with internal teams (digital, content, design, communications) to deliver impactful campaigns.
+ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
+ Project-manage development and implementation of brand campaigns and strategies.
+ Understand market trends, competitive landscape and buyer journeys to contribute to the development of go-to-market approaches for the HUB brand.
+ Apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create visually engaging concepts such as logos, promotional and branding materials, communication media, and other print and digital materials.
+ Create and post material to drive social media awareness and presence, taking full accountability for managing local social media platforms.
_Executive Assistance:_
+ Manage a wide variety of projects, documentation, reports and communications under the general direction of the Executive.
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings and complete timely and accurate minutes as needed.
+ Coordinate a variety of travel details for the Executive and guests of HUB.
_Event Planning/Coordination:_
+ In-office events such as birthdays, lunches, potlucks, business meetings and employee celebrations.
+ External events on behalf of the Executive such as holiday party and other social functions and local conferences.
+ Coordinate HUB Gives initiatives in coordination with charity/fun committees.
+ Participate in and/or lead charity/social/fun committee meetings and ensure events are organized as per the Executive Leadership Committee’s availability and budget allowed.
+ Coordinate with administrative staff at other offices within the region to schedule and organize events such as Town Hall Meetings, Executive Management Team meetings, and Employee Appreciation Day.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred
+ Recent experience in a corporate or agency marketing environment; or college degree in a related field coupled with applicable internship or similar experience
+ Proven project management expertise, with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
+ Outgoing, friendly with strong demonstration of teamwork
+ Strong and proven organizational skills
+ Proactive approach to problem-solving
+ Great written and verbal communication, and great interpersonal skills
+ Ability to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
+ Adobe InDesign experienced preferred
