About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment in pharmaceutical research and GMP production environment. Must bring a working knowledge of GMP and good documentation practices, ISO 7/8 Clean Rooms, utilities, and equipment used in the manufacture and packaging of biopharmaceutical products.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems and equipment.
+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
+ Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
+ Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
+ Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What you’ll need

+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training. 1-3 years of Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance experience.
+ Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
+ Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
+ Uses personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.

The minimum salary for the Senior Maintenance Technician position is $7 5, 000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90 , 000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
