We are the A to Z Communications and Content Team, responsible for building the communications and content platform that connects Amazon teams with with over a million Amazon employees every day. Shape the future of internal communications at Amazon by leading product for our A to Z Communications Platform. You'll drive the vision and roadmap for communications and content management solutions that enable seamless communication to over a million global employees.
This role focuses on developing AI-powered products that simplify content creation, optimization, and distribution across multiple channels, including A to Z, HR tools, email/SMS/push notifications, and digital signage. From AI-powered content creation tools, to intelligent and customer-obsessed content delivery mechanisms, to a world class end-user experience, we own the tech and product end-to-end. We serve Amazon employees by delivering user experience and technology innovations that drive employee engagement, raise the Amazon bar and help Amazon become Earth’s best employer.
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large scale consumer-facing products. You will be proficient in modern product management practices using AI and design-led approaches powered by research. You demonstrate business acumen and creativity in envisioning ground breaking concepts by fostering an environment of experimentation and innovative thinking.
Key job responsibilities
In this role you will own the evolution of an ecosystem of products that support communications and content management at Amazon employee engagement. You will set the vision and lead customer engagement to ensure we build inclusive experiences that delight on a technical solution that scales.
You will lead the technical direction of our products to ensure we build for Amazon-wide scale. You will be effective in building a network across partners and business leaders inside Amazon. You will demonstrate relentless customer obsession and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on your exciting product vision.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
