Overview
Dartmouth Health is seeking aboard-certified/board-eligible Neuromuscular Neurologistto join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders within a collaborative academic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in patient care, medical education, and research, depending on interest.
Overview:
* Mostly outpatient with some inpatient rotations
* 60 minutes for new appointments; 30 minutes for follow-ups
* Low call requirements - 14-16 nights per year
* EMG techs to help support providers
* Collaboration with neurosurgery, psychiatry, social work, nursing, radiology, and primary care
* 8 hours of administrative time each week
* Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College
Requirements:
* BE/BC in Neurology with Neuromuscular Medicine subspecialty certification issued by the AMBS or AOA
* Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license
