Description
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting customers with reservations, to-go orders, and other inquiries. MUST BE OKAY WORKING FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK BETWEEEN 6AM-1AM. THERE WILL BE NO WEEK DAY SHIFTS
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented assistance to customers.
• Handle reservation requests, providing accurate and efficient booking support.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to to-go orders, directions, and lost and found items.
• Collaborate with team members using communication tools to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs with patience and care.
• Monitor and adapt to call volume fluctuations, especially during peak holiday periods.
• Utilize CRM and customer service software to manage and track customer information.
• Support restaurant staff by facilitating clear communication channels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage high call volumes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using computer programs and communication tools.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Avaya CMS and ADP Financial Services is a plus.
