    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Microsoft technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

    • Maintain and update documentation in the organization's knowledge base to ensure accuracy and accessibility of support resources.

    • Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, and Active Directory operations.

    • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Dell hardware and other devices, including warranty-related tasks as needed.

    • Utilize tools like Microsoft SCCM and AirWatch for device management and deployment.

    • Assist with mobile device management, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

    • Support Windows 11 systems, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.

    • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical issues.

     

    Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.

     

    • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, including Dell devices.

    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Teams.

    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and AirWatch for device management.

    • Familiarity with mobile device management tools and practices.

    • Expertise in supporting Windows 11 operating systems in a detail-oriented setting.

    • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent documentation skills.
