Description

Robert Half's confidential law firm client in midtown Atlanta is in immediate need of an Administrative Assistant for a short-term temporary engagement. This position involves supporting legal professionals in a collaborative and relaxed work environment. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and organize legal forms and documents in a systematic manner.

• Oversee digital filing processes using internal systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Prepare and distribute mailings, including scanning and digitizing incoming files.

• Perform copying and scanning tasks to maintain organized records.

• Collaborate with paralegals and partners to ensure administrative tasks align with legal deadlines.

• Manage data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

• Handle email correspondence and maintain mailing lists efficiently.

• Coordinate with team members to support day-to-day administrative needs.

Requirements • Proven experience in administrative or legal support roles.

• Proficiency in data entry and managing filing systems.

• Strong skills in email correspondence and maintaining mailing lists.

• Ability to handle copying, scanning, and digitizing documents effectively.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with legal administrative processes is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
