    The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Data & Analytics, is a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, responsible for leading data aggregation, normalization, reconciliation, and performance reporting across Monte Nido’s systems. This role will provide critical insights into accounts receivable (AR), revenue trends, and operational effectiveness across all RCM functions, helping to drive data-informed decisions and optimize financial outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical expertise, a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, and experience working with data across multiple systems.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Lead efforts to consolidate and normalize RCM data from disparate platforms, ensuring consistency, integrity, and usability of data for reporting and analysis.

    + Reconcile data sources and generate general ledger (GL) files for integration with Monte Nido’s accounting systems.

    + Analyze financial and operational data related to AR, revenue, billing, collections, denials, and payer performance to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.

    + Develop and distribute a monthly revenue cycle performance reporting package for executive leadership, including KPIs, dashboards, and supporting analysis.

    + Monitor and analyze work queue activity across RCM teams (e.g., billing, authorization, collections, payment posting) to surface operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

    + Design, maintain, and improve reporting tools and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

    + Serve as a key liaison between RCM, Finance, Accounting, and IT to align data strategy, reporting priorities, and system integration efforts.

    + Lead and mentor junior analysts or cross-functional contributors to support data and reporting initiatives.

    + Participate in special projects, audits, and strategic initiatives requiring data analysis and reporting support.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Health Information Management, Accounting, or related field required;Master’s degree preferred.

    + Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics, financial reporting, or related roles.

    + Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, terminology, and performance metrics.

    + Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

    + Proven experience working with large datasets across multiple systems and reconciling data between clinical, billing, and financial systems.

    + Familiarity with EHRs, practice management systems, clearinghouses, and accounting software.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

    + Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
