Duties include using established software, statistical methodologies, and appraisal practices for developing, specifying, and calibrating mass appraisal models. Models are developed for the computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) system to assist in determining the market value of real property for the assessment of property for tax purposes.This position is responsible for project development, implementation, and statistical valuation outcomes within assigned region(s) and market areas. All work is accomplished according to policies, procedures, rules, laws, and current practices. The position provides training and information to appraisal teams and taxpayers regarding mass appraisal model development and application.
