Job Description

Exciting opportunity at MSK: Join our team as aClinical Research Supervisor, Pediatrics - Transplant, Cellular Therapy and Heme Malignancy Services! This is an exciting leadership opportunity overseeing day-to-day supervision of the research team and research operations.

Role Overview:

+ Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure efficient and effective operations.

+ Responsible for leading all research operations, ensuring the highest quality patient-centric care, data management, clinic management, and regulatory compliance.

+ Collaborate with key partners (internal and external) in the development and ongoing management of clinical trials and research projects, including investigator initiative trials, industry-sponsored trials, biospecimen protocols, and retrospective protocols.

+ Partner with leadership to meet departmental goals and objectives.

Key Qualifications:

+ At least 2 years of Clinical Research experience within a pediatric environment.

+ Supervisory experience and experience with high volume trials a plus.

Core Skills:

+ Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

+ Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

+ Critical thinking and problem-solving to ensure unforeseen issues are handled appropriately and resolved in a timely fashion.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels in a confident, professional manner.

+ Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission and values.

Additional Information :

+ Location: 1275 York Avenue, NYC

+ Schedule: Hybrid, at least 3-4 days onsite

+ Reporting to the Clinical Research Manager

Pay Range: $88,800.00 - $142,200.00
