Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

As a Functional Architect specializing in SAP FICO, you will play a critical role in designing and integrating financial and logistical processes across the enterprise. With a strong focus on SAP FICO experience involving end-to-end project implementations you will ensure seamless operations in areas such as accounts receivable, profitability analysis, and cost center accounting. Your expertise will drive operational efficiency, enhance compliance, and support the company’s strategic financial goals.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead the integration of FI-SD and FI-MM modules to enhance financial and logistical processes.

+ Oversee the implementation of Accounts Receivables, Payable, General ledger, Assest accounting.

+ Provide expertise in Profitability Analysis to improve financial decision-making.

+ Implement Cost Center Accounting to optimize cost management and reporting.

+ Drive the configuration of SAP Controlling to ensure accurate financial control and analysis.

+ Facilitate Profit Center Accounting to enhance financial transparency and accountability.

+ Manage Product Costing to ensure accurate cost allocation and product pricing.

+ Coordinate Automatic Payments to improve payment processing efficiency.

+ Facilitate in Bank communication, Lock box and Electronic Bank statement with search strings

+ Utilize New GL to enhance financial reporting and compliance.

+ Provide expertise in Local GAAP Reporting using special purpose ledgers

+ Apply domain expertise in tax processing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

+ Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of financial systems.

+ Contribute to the company’s strategic goals by enhancing financial processes and systems. Qualifications

+ Possess extensive experience in FI-SD and FI-MM integration.

+ Possess extensive experience Credit Card processes, Collection, Dispute, and Credit Management

+ Provide expertise foreign currency valuation and translation

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 10 years of SAP exp with min 1 year of S/4 HANA project implementations exp.

• Experience of end-to-end development life cycle

• Gather requirement

• Identify Gaps

• Design solutions

• Manage on-site & off-shore teams

• Manage project deliverable

• Project Management Activities

• Liaise with client

• Create opportunities to ramp up the team

Nice to have:

SAP FICO Certification.
