Job Purpose

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for safety, team development, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a **Crew Manager** to join our high-performing team in Scranton, PA.

What You'll Do:

As a Crew Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading daily operations to drive safety, production efficiency, and team performance. You will:

+ Champion a **safety-first culture** , enforcing plant safety systems and investigating incidents.

+ Monitor and optimize **production workflow** to ensure timely and quality output.

+ Maintain **staffing and shift readiness** , ensuring the right people are in the right roles.

+ Act as a **key communication link** between shift employees and plant leadership.

+ Support **training and development** , helping employees grow and meet qualifications.

+ Uphold **quality standards and 5S practices** to drive plant cleanliness and organization.

+ Implement disciplinary procedures where needed, aligned with company policies.

What We're Looking For:

+ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

+ 3–5 years of manufacturing experience

+ Ability to work 8:00AM-8:00PM 2-2-3 Shift

+ Knowledge of the plastics industry preferred

+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

+ Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment

+ Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

+ **The salary range for this position is $75,600 - $94,500. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
