Overview : The Marketing Manager serves as the in-house marketing leader at Windham Mountain Club, overseeing all onsite operations and coordinating marketing initiatives and brand strategy in conjunction with partner agencies. This role directly supervises the Digital Content Coordinator and Membership Marketing Coordinator, and external contractor relationships. The ideal candidate will feature strong hands-on execution to drive member acquisition, skier visits, and enhance guest experiences across all resort offerings.

+ Marketing Operations & Team Management

+ Oversee all onsite marketing operations

+ Coordinate campaign execution across digital, print, email, and social channels according to strategies developed by agency partners.

+ Serve as primary liaison with agency partners, establishing clear objectives and managing deliverables.

+ Directly supervise the Digital Content Coordinator and Membership Marketing Coordinator, ensuring opportunities for professional skills development.

+ Manage relationships with external contractors in Social Media & Content, and Graphic Design.

+ Support Membership team in execution of membership acquisition and marketing initiatives.

+ Guest Experience & Analytics

+ Audit the guest journey (on-site and digital) to ensure a seamless and brand-consistent experience.

+ Maintain accurate marketing performance metrics, creating dashboards and reports to track KPIs.

+ Review campaign effectiveness measurements and ROI across all marketing initiatives.

+ Assist agency partners with quarterly brand health reports with insights and recommendations.

+ Partner with membership, F&B, lodging, and operations departments to align marketing with operational needs.

+ Platform Management

+ Assist with management of marketing platforms, including CRM, email marketing, analytics tools, and project management software.

Job Qualifications :

+ Education & Experience

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

+ Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience with management experience

+ Experience in hospitality, ski resort, or membership-based business environments

+ Demonstrated success implementing comprehensive marketing strategies

+ Experience managing agency relationships and external marketing partners

+ Advanced skiing/snowboarding ability is highly desired for this position

+ Skills & Attributes

+ Strong strategic thinking with excellent project management skills

+ Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and analytics

+ Proficiency with CRM systems and email marketing platforms

+ Experience managing website content using Wordpress or similar CMS platforms

+ Self-starter with strong organizational skills and eye for continuous improvement

+ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

+ Passion for the mountain lifestyle and resort experiences

+ Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

+ Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with special events, both indoors and out

Work Schedule and Conditions: Weekends and holidays are our busiest times and availability to work is expected. Most weeks will be five day, forty hour work weeks, but you may be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during holidays.
