    **Location:** Richmond, VA

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

     

    Pay Rate:** **$22.00 per hour

    Position Overview:

    As a **Machine Operator** , you'll set up, operate, and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production. You'll be responsible for monitoring product quality, machine performance, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up machines before each production run

    + Operate machinery according to established procedures

    + Inspect products for quality and consistency

    + Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running at peak performance

    + Troubleshoot basic issues and alert maintenance when needed

    + Ensure all safety and quality standards are met

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred

    + Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong work ethic and reliability

    + Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
