    Responsibilities for a Compliance Coordinator include but are not limited to: 

    + Support compliance with **global privacy and data protection laws** across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East

    + Manage and process **Privacy Intake** and **Cookie Intake Questionnaires** ; update and maintain cookie inventories using **OneTrust**

    + Monitor **Privacy email inboxes** , escalate issues appropriately, and track privacy-related tasks and meetings

    + Collaborate with **Legal, Risk Assurance, and IT Security** teams to ensure privacy controls are in place and documentation is current

    Candidates for Compliance Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

    + 1–5 years of **analyst, administrative, or coordination experience** (privacy experience preferred)

    + Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite** , especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    + Strong **organizational, research** , and **communication skills** ; ability to work cross-functionally

    + Experience with **OneTrust** or other privacy/compliance platforms is a plus

    + **Pay:** $34.00 - $37.00

    + **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + **Schedule:** **Hybrid** – onsite Tuesday and Wednesday in Marlborough, MA

    **Pay Details:** $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
