The Red Hat Information Technology (IT) Experience team is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Raleigh, NC. This role involves defining, leading, and delivering IT design requirements for Red Hat offices and specialized spaces, such as Red Hat’s Executive Briefing Center. The Senior BSA will be the main IT contact for stakeholders in North and South America during the office design process, responsible for defining requirements, developing designs, and serving as the expert on Red Hat’s IT standards. Additionally, the role offers opportunities to contribute to projects researching and implementing new technologies for our global standards.
What you will do:
+ Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Red Hat Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) and other business units, including VPs, Directors, Managers, and key contacts.
+ Understand and align project requirements with Red Hat IT design principles and standards.
+ Collaboratively define actionable project scopes with key stakeholders.
+ Communicate new technology innovation needs to the relevant internal service delivery teams.
+ Develop and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences across business and IT functions and levels.
+ Identify and champion service offering innovations and enhancements.
+ Deliver comprehensive scope and design specifications to project execution teams and follow up for post-implementation feedback.
What you bring:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing business analyst role.
+ Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Solid understanding of business and technical concepts.
+ Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of influencing and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
+ Strong prioritization skills to maximize project efficiency.
+ Proficient in creating use cases, wireframes, functional and technical specifications, gap analyses, and root cause analyses.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
+ Excellent presentation development and delivery skills.
+ Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in various work environments.
Nice to have:
+ Experience within the Audiovisual (AV) and video conferencing sectors.
+ Experience in understanding and contributing to office design processes.
+ Ability to interpret and provide guidance on office floor plans.
The salary range for this position is $86,770.00 - $138,850.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
