We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for generating and processing 200+ invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset in billing, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Generate, review, and process 200+ invoices daily with a high degree of accuracy
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and client contract terms
+ Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
+ Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure accurate billing data
+ Maintain organized records of billing activities and documentation
+ Utilize Microsoft Excel(including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) for data analysis and reporting
+ Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
+ Support audits and provide documentation as requested
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
+ 3–5 years of billing or accounts receivable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs required)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Experience with ERP or billing systems is a plus

+ Hybrid schedule:
+ Remote: Mondays and Fridays
+ In-Office: Tuesday through Thursday

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
