    _Calling all caring and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in Foster Care. Devereux (TFC in Woburn, MA) has an immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual Case Coordinator._

    $1,000 Sign on Bonus

    Base pay starting at $20.46/hour with additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field.

     

    Paid Orientation Training.

     

    As a Case Manager/Case Coordinator, you will supervise a case load of foster children and provide a variety of services to support them during their time in care. You will participate in weekly home visits and provide a team approach with the youth, DCF, foster parents, schools, biological parents and other collateral agencies to ensure all needs are met. We are looking for a candidate who can build a rapport with children and families. This role may become Hybrid. Flexible schedule.

     

    Available hours for this position are: Office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, however, occasional early evening hours may be needed to accommodate the schedule of the youth.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    + Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record

    + 21 years of age or older

    + BA or BS in Human Services related field required

    + Bi-lingual English/Spanish required

    + At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families

    + Virtual Gateway knowledge, strongly preferred

    + You must be able to attend a **New Hire Orientation at our Rutland, MA campus on Monday & Tuesday 8am - 4pm, and Friday 8am-12pm for CPR training (if needed)**

    + Must be a licensed social worker (LSWA or higher) OR able to successfully obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
