Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Identity and Access Administration Analyst – Access Administration** to join our Information Security Department. This role is pivotal in delivering **strategic identity security solutions** that enhance the security posture of Toyota Financial Services and our global partners.
This role involves administering and supporting identity and access management solutions, encompassing a wide range of applications and OS platforms. including Azure AD, Active Directory, SailPoint IIQ, Okta, Salesforce, IBM Mainframe, Exchange, Windows, Unix/Linux, and various databases. The Analyst will ensure that user access is approved, appropriately provisioned, managed, and monitored to maintain security and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate must be initiative-taking to solve issues, challenge the status quo and introduce improvements and/or streamline established processes. The candidate should be a quick learner and absorb many processes in a challenging working environment. Identifies problems and makes every effort to continuously find improvement in all processes. Must be able to think quickly and make smart decisions.
This position is based at our **Plano, TX headquarters** and follows a **hybrid work model** , combining in-office and remote workdays. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance of Plano, TX.
What** **You’ll** **Be Doing
Identity and Access Management:
+ Administer and support Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory
+ Assist with Configurations Okta Verify for single sign-on (SSO) and MS multi-factor authentication (MFA)
+ Administer user access and permissions in Salesforce and Mainframe environments
+ Manage user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange
User Administration:
+ Provision and de-provision user accounts across various applications and systems
+ Perform regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies
+ Manage user access requests, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning and de-provisioning
Scripting and Automation:
+ Develop and/or maintain PowerShell scripts to automate identity and access management tasks
+ Create scripts for routine administrative tasks
Policy and Compliance:
+ Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and regulatory requirements
+ Develop and maintain access control policies and procedures
+ Participate in security audits and provide necessary documentation and reports
Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
+ Monitor identity and access management systems for potential security issues
+ Collaborate with the IT teams to help troubleshoot and resolve system integration / access issues
+ Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and problems
Documentation and Training:
+ Create and maintain documentation for identity and access management processes
+ Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on access-related matters
User Access Reviews (UAR) and Audit:
+ Conduct User Access Reviews (UAR) to ensure that access rights are appropriate and comply with security policies
+ Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to audit findings
What You Bring
+ Minimum of 1 or more years of experience in identity and access management
+ Experience with Active Director
+ Familiarity with scripting commands and their functions in managing access controls and permissions
+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills
Added Bonus** **If You Have
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent work experience
+ IT Certifications to any of the above-mentioned applications or OS platforms
+ Prior experience in Risk and Compliance within the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry
+ Proficiency in Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint IIQ, Salesforce, IBM Mainframe, and Microsoft Exchange
+ Have scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell
+ Experience with User Access Reviews (UAR) and participation in internal and external audits
