Emmy Squared Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to lead catering and private events strategy, help expand brand footprint and elevate Emmy Squared as a top choice for unforgettable dining experiences.
Position Summary
The Regional Director of Sales & Marketing will oversee strategic planning, promotion, and execution of Emmy Squared catering and private events, driving revenue growth through creative event concepts, client partnerships, and leadership of a results-driven sales team. This role is pivotal in establishing Emmy Squared as a premier name for both on- and off-site events, combining innovation with exceptional service.
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience, along with a lucrative, uncapped commission structure tied to catering sales. For a results-driven individual, this role provides substantial earning potential, allowing you to significantly exceed your base salary as you drive the brand’s growth and success.
Position Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue from catering, private events, and full buyouts.
+ Actively prospect and secure new business while building strong, repeat client relationships.
+ Lead the planning and execution of corporate and social events, aligning with Emmy Squared brand vision.
+ Create unique, high-impact events and brand partnerships to enhance market presence.
+ Manage and mentor the Catering & Event Sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
+ Provide training and accountability to ensure consistent revenue growth and exceptional event execution.
+ Collaborate with marketing and beverage teams to develop promotional campaigns and event materials.
+ Manage content updates for websites, event calendars, and promotional signage.
+ Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry influencers to drive attendance and engagement.
+ Secure local and national partnerships to enhance event experiences and increase media exposure.
Additional Responsibilities
+ Represent the company at sales-related events, ensuring brand consistency and guest satisfaction.
+ Oversee event logistics, including BEOs, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
+ Manage high-profile events, celebrity activations, and VIP experiences to increase visibility.
Position Qualifications
+ Sales-driven, results-focused, and highly creative with a passion for client relationships and exceptional experiences.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent leadership skills, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration.
+ 4-5 years of experience in sales, event planning, or food & beverage sales; management experience preferred.
+ Proven success in high-volume event sales, buyouts, and strategic partnerships in competitive markets, ideally NYC.
+ Strong financial planning and forecasting abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to upsell and secure repeat business.
+ Nightlife-focused event sales experience is a plus but not required.
