Job Title: X-Ray Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician to perform diagnostic medical x-rays and laboratory-testing procedures in various disciplines including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology, Microbiology, and Spirometry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks. The role requires adherence to proper x-ray techniques as outlined in the manual.

Responsibilities

+ Perform diagnostic medical x-rays according to outlined procedures.

+ Conduct laboratory tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology, Microbiology, and Spirometry.

+ Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks.

+ Follow proper x-ray techniques and protocols.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Essential Skills

+ 1 year of experience with x-rays in a healthcare setting.

+ Associates degree.

+ Graduation from a Radiology program (RT or BMO).

+ CPR certification.

+ Phlebotomy experience.

+ American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification.

+ Spanish-English proficiency.

The pay range for this position is $51979.20 - $62275.20/yr.
