Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
The Production Associate position is responsible for inventory handling, processing, and material preparation for assembly.
Responsibilities
+ Cut and prepare wire and spooled material for work orders in preparation for assembly.
+ Perform inventory adjustments as necessary.
+ Maintain acceptable and accurate inventory levels.
+ Use and maintain multiple pieces of equipment/machinery in preparation of material for production.
+ Assist with production projects or work orders as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ 1 year of relative production or manufacturing experience
+ Proficiency in inventory count and inventory stock management
+ Experience in shipping and receiving
+ Production support experience
+ Proficiency with assembly and machine operation
+ Computer proficiency
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, and rarely lift or move up to 70 pounds.
+ Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
+ Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
+ Ability to talk or hear, with specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Preston, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
