•** **Position Overview:** **Electronic Assembler

+ Join a fast-growing electronics manufacturer supporting a major product launch (Phase 2). We’re hiring over 20 motivated individuals to assemble and inspect high-tech components in a clean, team-oriented environment.

•️** **What You’ll Do

+ Assemble mechanical and electromechanical parts using hand tools (screwdrivers, tweezers, drills, crimpers, etc.)

+ Prep and inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for coating and assembly

+ Rotate through departments to build new skills and keep your day dynamic

+ Perform quality checks to ensure top-tier product standards

+ Label, package, and prepare products for shipment

•** **What We’re Looking For

_Required:_

+ 1+ year of transferable experience, preferably in general assembly or manufacturing

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

+ Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

+ Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work occasional overtime

_Nice to Have:_

+ Soldering experience

+ Familiarity with IPC standards

+ Experience in electronic assembly

+ College students pursuing a relevant degree (summer-only availability considered!)
