What you’ll do:

We are looking for an IT Associate Consultant who is passionate about learning, picking up new technology, is willing to understand business processes, and build their knowledge in SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) solution. They should be willing to build up their competency to design and develop functionalities in ABAP and be open to working with the latest SAP technology such as SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), RAP, and CAP programming; to operate, maintain, and roll out the implementation of the SAP RAR solution within SAP.

• Work in a team that has adopted Agile ways of working (Scrum) to develop functionalities and implement SAP Solutions used to recognize revenue.

• Actively participate in daily/weekly Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up calls, review and requirement refinement calls with our end users, process experts, IT product owners and architects.

• Create deliverables such as ABAP reports, BTP applications/extensions, Fiori Apps, AI use cases and automated test scripts.

• Follow Agile methodology to iterate on solutions and build functionalities, reports according to customer requirements.

• Work within a global scrum team and successfully manage multiple responsibilities in parallel.

• Be exposed to the latest SAP technologies and be given the opportunity to implement the newest SAP solutions as part of our SAP runs SAP mantra.

• Work in an environment that fosters feedback, autonomy and decentralized decision-making creating a culture of innovation, diversity and empathy mindset.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or related degree

• Minimum 1 year of work experience with at least one of the SAP modules such as – BRIM, SD, FI or SAP RAR OR minimum 1 year of experience developing in ABAP

• Basic SAP configuration knowledge using SPRO

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub) and test automation is highly valued

• Basic knowledge of accounting and IFRS15 accounting principle is a plus

• UI skills – SAP UI5, Fiori, JavaScript, jQuery are nice to have

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) development, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Integration technologies (SAP Cloud Integration) connecting SAP & non-SAP solutions is a nice to have

• 1 years of work experience in an agile team (Scrum or Kanban) with a good understanding of Agile mindset, values and ways of working

• Strong written and oral communication skill in English required

• Open to new ideas and technologies, creative and willing to learn from others

• Self-motivated, proactive, team player, open minded, result-oriented and resourceful

• Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams

Meet your team:

IT Cash Collections and Revenue Accounting Engineering team, within the SAP Corporate Processes & IT organization, is responsible for the implementation, delivery & operations of SAP’s Cash Collections and Revenue Accounting applications/solutions within SAP. We are a global and diverse team and we take pride in implementing and running SAP solutions for SAP while closely collaborating with our SAP Product Engineering teams.

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 60300 - 102300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
