    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse** to work at a Facility in **Terra Alta, WV** . This is a registry position with our company.

     

    36hrs Travel Package

     

    Weekly Gross Pay = $540

     

    Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $15

     

    Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $826 (Hotel-455 Meals-371)

     

    Total Weekly ($826 is not taxed)= $1366

     

    Feels like per hour = $37.9444444444444

     

    $1366 div 36 hours = $37.9444444444444

    Shifts Available:

    + Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekend shifts, able to work 12 hour shifts

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + **At least one year (12 months) previous working experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse**

    + Must have up to date credentials in the state of **WV**

    + A valid and current BLS card (American Heart Association)

    + Ability to build rapport with patients

    + Compassionate and caring demeanor

    + Familiarity with medical terminology

    + Candidate must have an active status with current Licensure with no actions against license, have CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

    + Prefer the individuals to have LTC knowledge and experience.

    + **Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away**

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients

    + Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

    + Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

    + Maintain accurate patient medical records

    + Provide companionship and basic care to patients

    + Administer prescribed medications to patients
