    The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for an experienced Automotive Shop Dispatcher with Rallye Lexus! The Dispatcher will effectively allocate technician and workshop time and resources. Seeking an experienced automotive professional who is eager to join an organization whose values are based in: family, teamwork, kindness & expertise!

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

    + Interact with Service Advisors, and Service Manager for distribution of assignments to Technicians.

    + Assign work to technicians.

    + Accurately estimate shop capacity and control the flow of traffic through the shop.

    + Maintain and monitor effective time controls.

    + Coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, or other retail center personnel regarding the repair work. Determine time of completion.

    + Achieve optimal utilization of workshop capacity.

    + Coordinate parts requirements with the Parts Department.

    PAY RANGE: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually

    Requirements

    + Minimum 1 year+ of prior automotive dispatching/coding experience.

    + Experience supervising, coaching, delegating, and training technicians.

    + Working knowledge in the following automotive retail center computer systems: CDK computer system, Including DSP, TK, DRIVE and CDK Service.

    + Technically knowledgeable and experienced on Lexus product line.

    + Working knowledge of Lexus Warranty System including Coding, Booking, Warranty Manual details

    + Experience in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.

    + Clean and valid driver’s license.
