• Inside Service Representative

    IQVIA (Orlando, FL)


    + Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college / university preferred.

    + 1-3 years B to B / pharma / Inside sales experience preferred.

    + Demonstrated success selling in a remote only environment.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

    + Strong presentation and communication skills utilizing supplied tools.

    + Proven ability to identify, engage and influence key discussions with Staff.

    + Focused on providing a high level of customer support and service with a sense of urgency.

    + Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.

    + Experience maintaining accurate records of all activities.

    + Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred.

    + Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.

    + High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work

    + Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs.

    The potential base pay range for this role is $55,000-$60,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
