_Certified Crane Operator – Broderson IC-80 Crane_

**Ultimate LLC** is currently seeking certified and experienced **Crane Operators** to operate a Broderson IC-80 crane for various projects in the **Phoenix area** . This position offers competitive pay, ranging from **$30–$40 per hour** , based on experience, with schedules of **60+ hours per week** . We are looking for professionals who are safety-oriented, skilled, and dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship. **Ultimate LLC** provides weekly pay without delay, with optional direct deposit.

Job Duties:

+ Operate Broderson IC-80 crane safely and efficiently for material handling and lifting tasks.

+ Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance to ensure crane safety and reliability.

+ Lift and maneuver heavy loads as directed by site supervisor and job requirements.

+ Work collaboratively with site teams to position equipment, parts, and materials.

+ Adhere strictly to all OSHA and company safety guidelines, contributing to a safe job site.

Requirements:

+ **Certification as a Crane Operator** and experience specifically with the Broderson IC-80 crane.

+ Minimum **3+ years of crane operation experience** in a construction setting.

+ Proficiency with crane controls and understanding of load charts.

+ Ability to work long hours, including weekends, as required.

+ Must have personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat, vest, and steel-toe boots.

+ Must pass a **drug test** and **background check** .

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
