Required Education/Experience
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
+ Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
+ High School Diploma/GED Technical Certification in IT Technologies and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Ability to work through ambiguity, demonstrate confidence when making difficult decisions, lead through adversity, and maintain a focus on the right business outcome, required.
+ Strong skills and experience with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, required.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to plan, organize and lead meetings. Must be able to translate functional to technical information. Must be able to develop documentation that will be consumed by users of diverse backgrounds and skills, required.
+ Must have excellent work ethics and integrity, along with the ability to work under pressure, manage expectations and conflicts effectively and not get overwhelmed by pressures on team, required.
+ Must have ability to learn new technology as required for the job using documentation and other available resources, required.
+ Flexibility to work on multiple assignments with changing priorities and stay on schedule/on budget, required. Must be flexible and able to work off-hours as required to support deployments, resolve production problems or respond to corporate emergencies, required.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change and manage expectations, required.
+ Proven experience with API development and integration, including designing, testing, and managing web services to support scalable digital platforms, required.
+ Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub, preferred.
+ Formal training in Project Management/Business Analysis, preferred.
+ Experience implementing packaged software, preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
+ Driver's License Required
Additional Physical Demands
+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
