    Job Description

    **COMPANY:** Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

    **LOCATION:** 300 Industry Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15275

    **TITLE:** Developer III

    **HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    **DUTIES:** Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Angular, ReactJS, Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA, Oracle WebCenter, OutSystems, AWS, and MuleSoft.

     

    Integrate various enterprise applications and services using SOA and MuleSoft to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

     

    Architect scalable and robust solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.

     

    Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

     

    Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

     

    Work with cross-functional teams including business analyst, project managers, and other developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.

     

    Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions.

     

    Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

     

    **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 8 years of experience as a Developer, Applications Developer Analyst, or related occupation. Employer will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience as a Developer, Applications Developer Analyst, or related occupation as an equivalent alternative.

    Required knowledge or experience with:

    Oracle ADF: Java EE, ADF Faces, ADF BC, task flows, and bindings;

     

    Oracle SOA: SOA Suite, BPEL, Mediator, Service Bus, and integration patterns;

     

    Open-Source technology: Angular, ReactJS, Spring Boot;

     

    AWS Cloud technology: AWS S3, AWS Cloud Front, Route 53;

     

    Oracle WebCenter: Developing and managing enterprise portal and content management systems;

     

    OutSystems: low-code development, visual development, and integration with external systems; and

     

    MuleSoft: MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule ESG, API design (RAML/OAS), DataWeave, and connector development.
