    Job Description

    This position is responsible for managing the sourcing processes for multiple complex projects for the selection of standard products/services. The primary functions will be interfacing directly with business areas across the enterprise and at various levels of management. The objectives are to drive efficiency, solve business problems, achieve speed to market, manage risk, ensure compliance, manage demand and limit total cost of ownership as it relates to third party spend for products and services. The position will coordinate activities for sourcing and work with suppliers to obtain product and service pricing, availability and capability assessments based on the collection of business requirements. Other job functions include analyzing opportunity, providing project updates, process management and supplier optimization. Additionally, this position is expected to support supplier diversity objectives and other corporate core values. Responsible for managing multiple sourcing projects through cross-functional collaboration and a disciplined approach to project management that enables consistent execution of the sourcing process. Responsible for supporting the development of supplier/sourcing strategies for handling multiple complex supplier negotiations through cross-functional collaboration with Business/Technology stakeholder areas. Develop and negotiate commercial terms and strategies. Utilize e-Procurement systems to facilitate sourcing, contracting and purchasing activities Conduct market research and analyze relevant data (benchmarking, spend, contracts) to support execution of supplier/sourcing strategies.

    Qualifications

    Position Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Supply Chain Management, Finance or Management of Information Systems Required

    + 5 years Reporting, data analytics, and/or system administration Required

    + 5 years Analytical and communications skills Required

    + 5 years Interacting professionally with senior management Required

    + Certified Purchasing Manager (CPPM) Preferred
