What** **You’ll** **Do
Applied Materials is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analytics Consultant with strong business acumen, talent, and analytical skills to join the dynamic & high-performing team.
The Talent Acquisition Analytics Consultant role will work with TA & business stakeholders and the leadership team to leverage TA data to inform and enhance decision-making. This position will utilize data analysis methodologies, tools, and approaches to provide insights. This individual will be responsible for translating TA and business strategy and objectives into analytics priorities, communicating the analytics findings to shape TA strategy, business decisions, and solve high-value problems.
The individual must be highly data driven, technically proficient, creative, detail-oriented, proactive, intellectually curious, strong consultant and an effective communicator.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner closely with global stakeholders including TA Leadership, HR stakeholders and business leaders to develop TA solutions
+ Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to recruitment processes to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
+ _Process Optimization: Evaluate current recruitment processes and suggest enhancements to streamline and improve efficiency._
+ Reporting: Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics and present findings to TA leaders and management.
+ _Technology: Work with IT to develop functional specs to make changes to TA tools._
+ _Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations._
+ _Candidate Experience: Develop strategies to improve the overall experience for job candidates._
+ Merge structured, semi-structured and unstructured data from several systems to highlight company trends related to recruiting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent.
+ Deliver high quality analysis, reports, presentations using effective visualizations that can be scaled for consumption by a larger audience.
Requirements:
+ Bachelors’ degree, with a preference for a quantitative discipline such as
+ Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Management Science or Econometrics.
+ Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
+ Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Experience with Data Analytics using SQL, visualization tools like Tableau,
+ Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Excel.
+ Ability to create ad-hoc queries, join data from multiple sources to perform complex analysis.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
