We're looking for a skilled Line Cook who thrives in a high-caliber kitchen and takes pride in delivering exceptional dishes every time.
This role is perfect for someone with strong culinary fundamentals, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency in both flavor and presentation.
Job Basics:
+ Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
+ Schedule: Full-time; evenings, weekends, and holidays required
+ Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fine dining or upscale kitchen; culinary degree preferred
In This Role, You Will:
+ Keep timing and execution tight on line
+ Prep stations, manage setup, and keep your space clean and organized
+ Help maintain kitchen standards
+ Collaborate on plating, specials, and menu ideas
+ Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily prep lists
+ Follow food safety and sanitation procedures without exception
