Responsibilities

+ Architect and lead Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, clarify scope, and communicate technical concepts effectively

+ Manage project schedules, identify potential issues, and communicate proactively with all stakeholders

+ Provide technical leadership in an onsite-offshore engagement model, coordinating teams across global locations

+ Review and guide development using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Vlocity

+ Drive high-quality delivery through the entire software lifecycle while maintaining velocity in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years of Salesforce technology experience

+ Expert knowledge of CRM Sales and Customer Service functionality with hands-on Salesforce development capabilities

+ Demonstrated experience with Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, and integrations into external systems

+ Proficiency in Salesforce core programming languages, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Vlocity

+ Experience managing end-to-end execution of programs spanning multiple engineering teams across global locations

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
