    Position Summary...

     

    The Director, Operations - Special Ops will lead and manage the end-to-end launches of new Walmart stores and fulfillment propositions across our extensive network. This role also supports operational excellence for external clients including Walmart GoLocal/Local Finds and Sam’s Club.

     

    What you'll do...

     

    + **Direct End-to-End Launches:** Oversee the seamless launch of new Walmart stores and fulfillment propositions across our store network.

    + **Operational Excellence:** Support and enhance operational excellence for external clients such as GoLocal/Local Finds and Sam’s Club.

    + **Data Insights:** Utilize deep data analysis to gain insights, drive sharp problem-solving, and continuously optimize client performance.

    + **Stakeholder Management:** Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of operations.

    + **Leadership:** Provide strong leadership to teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement in operational processes.

    + **People Management:** Experience in leading and managing teams to drive performance and achieve goals.

    + **New Launches:** Experience in launching new Walmart stores, fulfillment propositions, and marketplace clients.

    + **Client Operations:** Expertise in managing operations for Walmart GoLocal, Local Finds, and Sam’s Club.

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.     The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
