Position Summary...
Sam Walton opened the first Sam's Club in 1983 to meet a growing need among customers who wanted to buy merchandise in bulk. Since then, Sam's Club has grown rapidly, operating almost 600 clubs in the US. As Senior Manager of Contact Center at Sam’s Club, you will play an important part in making the difference in experience for our advocates, associates and members. If you are an effective collaborator who is adaptable, strategic, agile, and combines a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business, this role is for you. This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas, reporting to a Director, Contact Center.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in retail, retail merchandising, membership/subscription, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in leading and completing cross-functional projects and experience working with project management, technology, data science, product, operations, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
+ Experience in people management and in project management.
+ Background in business strategic planning; leveraging data-driven, data interpretation of results, analytical approach to problem solving and decision making.
+ Proficiency in developing dashboards and executive-level presentations.
+ Demonstrated record of delivering results in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
+ Strong attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

5 years’ experience in customer service, contact center, service desk, or related area.
