Job Description
JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Coordinates and generated monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages, working closely with senior management while gaining an operational understanding of the business.
+ Generates and consolidates monthly results for the entire regional and Support Services business segments with specific focus and analysis on budget/forecast actual. Partners with the Executive team and Senior Leadership on variances to plan and spend tracking.
+ Supports FP & A team through B-Pack production, Trade Review slide support, CapEx management and tracking, CPI tracker updates, budget template development, and overall enhancements.
+ Maintains HQ accounting reconciliations: insurance and wire transactions/postings, and the Risk Register for UK reporting.
+ Supports special projects (i.e. critical ERP go-live support, SOP development/maintenance, etc.).
+ Other duties as assigned.
**_Education/Experience_** : BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of experience.
**_Technical_** : Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, Styeline, and Microsoft Suite.
**_Licenses/Certifications_** : Valid Driver’s License.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS** : The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
**TRAVEL** : 5-10%
