Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates on and implements Mercury Marine’s digital marketing strategies and programs across the company’s expansive brand portfolio. While working in lockstep with the Brand and Creative Teams, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of various digital platforms and tools. This role also routinely interfaces with corporate partners, category and IT teams globally.
Success in this role requires cross-functional collaboration, a strong ability to prioritize, a relentless desire for continual improvement, and a passion for mastering innovative marketing technologies. The role requires a balance of understanding strategic vision with tactical execution. This role is hybrid with a 3-day onsite expectation in Fond du Lac, WI.

Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for day-to-day digital content for campaigns
+ Serve as subject matter expert and digital marketing consultant for digital content within the marketing roadmap; maintaining brand standards; and coaching and training global team members.
+ Represent the digital marketing team by supporting and implementing product launches, promotional activations, strategic campaigns, and marketing calendars
+ Use analytics, A/B testing, and other measurement tools to make insights and recommendations for digital and brand partners for continual multi-channel optimization.
+ Assist in requirements gathering for marketing projects.
+ Communicate project implementation progress and recommend actions to increase the probability of successful delivery.
+ Research, recommend, and implement website optimization tactics.
+ Ideate and collaborate with creative teams, UI/UX, and performance teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences, including creation of wireframes or mockups.
+ Assist with website maintenance including IT & MarTech requirement gathering and ticket creation, digital marketing backlog fulfillment, quality assurance testing on digital channels, post-production validation, and ongoing monitoring of critical functionalities.
+ Contribute to the evolution of capabilities through best practices, industry trends, research, continuous learning, and competitive analysis.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, IT, or related field.
+ 1-3 years of professional experience.
+ Creative, decisive, responsive, collaborative, and able to work independently with strong project management skills.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
+ Experience with content management systems and digital analytics.
+ Understanding of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital channels.

+ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
+ Excellent project management capabilities to execute marketing plans and meet deadlines.
+ Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively and meet business growth objectives.

+ Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, including product management, technical support, customer service, and marketing teams.
+ Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and develop compelling strategic plans.
+ Business ownership mentality with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 3-5 years of professional experience.
+ Experience with digital commerce, HTML/CSS, and website optimization tools and methods.
+ Previous experience within the Adobe stack (AEM, Adobe Commerce, Marketo, CDP)
The anticipated pay range for this position is $61,400 – $98,600 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
