    Summary

    World Investment Advisors (WIA), the financial services division of World Insurance, is looking to add a vibrant accounting professional with a background in broker-dealers to our roster. The candidate should be a self-starting, tech savvy professional who is comfortable managing a general ledger and subledgers while also possessing the ability to provide excellent customer service to our management team and advisors.     Position Objective

    With guidance and/or direction, responsible for admin support including meeting and greeting customers and vendors, signing for packages and mail support. May assist front desk/phones and be responsible for general office duties.

    Typical Duties and Responsibilities

    • Greet clients in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail; direct inquiries to the appropriate team members

    • Assist with preparing insurance documents, applications, and certificates

    • Maintain client files and update CRM or agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic)

    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents

    • Process payments and issue receipts when needed

    • Order office supplies and maintain organized workspaces

    • Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office support tasks

    • Follow up with clients for required documents or renewals

    Position Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training a plus

    • 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience (insurance industry preferred but not required)

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Comfortable learning new systems and software

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

    • Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
