    Job Summary

    Position Summary:

    As the System Patient Experience Manager, you will lead patient experience efforts across a 7-hospital system in New York and Connecticut. In partnership with unit leadership and frontline teams, you will drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction scores, support client retention, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will be critical in fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Monitor, analyze, and report on patient satisfaction data, including tracking financial incentives and penalties tied to performance.

    + Maintain client satisfaction at a high level to support long-term account retention.

    + Administer client and patient satisfaction surveys, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of concerns.

    + Guide the development, implementation, and monitoring of site-specific patient satisfaction action plans.

    + Participate in and contribute to hospital committees such as Patient Satisfaction, Nursing, HCAHPS, and Administration.

    + Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including CMS and Joint Commission standards.

    + Identify and promote regional best practices to improve patient experience performance.

    + Maintain awareness of patient satisfaction trends, benchmarking, and innovations within the healthcare and hospitality industries.

    + Collaborate closely with on-site leadership to align patient experience efforts with operational goals.

    + Participate in system-wide calls and training sessions to share updates, recognize success stories, and exchange ideas.

    + Recognize and celebrate employee contributions when initiatives are implemented successfully.

    + Develop and deliver training plans focused on enhancing service delivery and patient engagement.

    + Prepare and present reports summarizing patient satisfaction insights and progress to internal stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    + 3–4 years of experience in service-oriented roles, preferably within healthcare or hospitality settings.

    + 2–3 years of experience delivering customer service or patient experience training.

    + Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

    + Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

    + Working knowledge of contract administration and budgetary processes.

    + Ability to travel daily throughout the NY/CT region to support all assigned facilities.
