What You'll Be Doing

+ Overseeing electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Leading and mentoring a team of electricians.

+ Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

+ Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly.

+ Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What Are We Looking For

+ At least five (5) years electrical experience in a heavy industrial setting, supervisory experience preferred

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Experience in electrical systems and maintenance practices in a heavy industrial setting.

+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
